The ONLY “Hard and Fast Rule” in management, is that there is no such thing as only one “Hard and Fast Rule“.

In design, there is rule of three :

1. if it FAST and GOOD it’s not CHEAP
2. if it CHEAP and GOOD it’s not FAST
3. if it FAST and CHEAP it’s not GOOD
